About the new Website

The new website is developed using Drupal which is an open source website development and management platform powering millions of websites and applications. It’s built, used, and supported by an active and diverse community of people around the world.

Drupal is used by some of the biggest sites on the Web, like The Economist, Examiner.com and The White House. In fact the Navy League National site is Drupal based as well as many military sites including the US Navy.

As you review the new site you will notice many features that you haven’t seen before such as The Forum, a syndicated feed from the US Navy, search window and other functions to numerous to mention. It is an evolving site and you will see other new features added in the coming months.
